Cannot login: Login failed. No full access license available

The most likely cause of this error is GLOBODOX not logging off a user correctly (for e.g. this could happen if GLOBODOX got improperly shutdown).

To fix the problem...

Login to the the Connection Manager from All Programs >> GLOBODOX Desktop >> Connection Manager. 
Login as superadmin user 
Disconnect all the inactive logged in users.
Now try logging into GLOBODOX.
