In many usage scenarios only some
users need to have the ability to scan or add documents to a GLOBODOX DB. All other users only need to be able to find and view the
scanned/added documents. In such a situation an organization can
purchase full-access licenses for users who need to be able to scan and
add documents and view-only access licenses for users who need to be
able to find and view the scanned/added documents.
Another scenario would be when you want to give access to some documents to your customers or suppliers. You can purchase view-only access licenses for such users.
View-only access licenses are priced much lower than full access licenses. Therefore in both the above scenarios you can save by purchasing view-only access licenses for users who do not need to scan and add documents.
