Every Maintenance Subscription is valid for 1 year.

In order to purchase GLOBODOX Maintenance Subscriptions at the best price, you must always order them before your current Maintenance Subscriptions expire (the new subscriptions will be activated only after the previous ones expire). GLOBODOX Maintenance Subscriptions are priced much higher if you order them after your current Maintenance Subscriptions have expired.

Example:

If you bought Globodox on 1st January, 2016, then your free 1-year maintenance subscription will expire on 31st December, 2016. To receive support and upgrade after this period, you must renew the Maintenance Subscription anytime before 31st December, 2016. Now, if you buy the GLOBODOX Maintenance Subscription on 14th November, 2016, it will remain in the pipeline and will be activated only on 1st January, 2017. You will therefore enjoy support and upgrades for another full year from 1st January, 2017 to 31st December, 2017.
