Cause: From the error it seems, GLOBODOX cannot find the database (MainDB.gxdb) in the 'K:\Globodox databases' folder. 

Solution: Incase the path is changed, please follow the instructions provided below...

  1.  Open the Command Line Window.
  2.  In the Command Line window type the following at the cursor...
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Globodox Desktop\Globodox.exe" /reconfiguremaindb
  3. Now, hit the Enter key.
     GLOBODOX will now launch. The MS Access DB Details window will be launched.
  4. Enter the new location of the MainDB.gxdb file. (For e.g. 'D:\Globodox databases'). This assumes the new location of the MainDB.gxdb file is located in the  'D:\Globodox databases' folder.
  5. Click OK. 

After this is configured, you will get a message confirming that Command Line action has been completed. GLOBODOX will now close.

Start GLOBODOX. The Main DB will now be opened.
